Located on the upper banks of the Kenai River in Southcentral Alaska, the Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge is in the heart of some of Alaska's most productive fishing country. We are two hours south of Anchorage in the town of Cooper Landing, Alaska.
Our newly renovated log lodge is ther perfect place to enjoy a fine meal and trade stories at the day's end. Eight guest cabins surround the main lodge, each exhibiting the rustic charm of an Alaskan pioneer cabin. Only a few paces away from your cabin door, you'll find the Kenai River -- the best in sockeye salmon, silver salmon, rainbow trout and Dolly Varden fishing. In addition to trophy fishing with our expert guides, enjoy hearty home cooking with a gourmet flair in our dining room, and relax with a bottle of Alaska micro brew or a glass of wine in our lounge. After dinner, many guests gather on the spacious riverside deck to trade fishing tales, walk to our own eddy for some evening fishing under Alaska's midnight sun, or relax in the wood-fired sauna. As always, our staff strives to make your stay as memorable as the fishing.
