Payment Policies

We prefer checks for trip payments but also accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover.

Reservations made within 60 days of departure must be guaranteed with a MasterCard, VISA or Discover. Late payments may result in releasing your reservation and rebooking will be subject to availability. Cancellation fees will apply. Upon receipt of your initial deposit, we will mail you written confirmation, trip planning materials and a travel insurance application. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing.

If the cancellation occurs, the per person fee is the lesser of:

A fee of $100 per person is charged when arrangements are altered at the traveler's or travel agent's request after the written confirmation has been issued. Written cancellation must be received in our sales office in order for cancellation to be valid. Non-appearance for program will result in no refund. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. 
 
Refunds

Requests for refunds should be directed in writing to the agency which sold you the program. No refunds will be made on individual features voluntarily omitted by participant. No refunds for unused services will be issued.

Disclaimer of Liability

Alaska Wildland Adventures and Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge reserve the right to make changes and alterations as may be found necessary for safety and proper handling of fishing packages. We spare no effort to assure a safe trip; however, outdoor activities of this nature are not entirely "risk free." We cannot assume responsibility for injury to participants or personal belongings or for time or expense incurred. On advancement of deposit to Alaska Wildland Adventures and Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms and conditions whether booking through an agency or directly with our office. Prior to your trip, you will be required to sign an assumption of risk form.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy dictates how Alaska Wildland Adventures (AWA) and Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge treats personal information collected and received by AWA via email, our website, phone inquiries and customer responses to our promotions. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable (such as your name, address, email address, or phone number) and not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use

AWA collects personal information when you sign up for our newsletter, book a package with us and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes we offer our visitors and clients. When you register we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, home address, phone number and trip interests.

Our website also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and the page you request for purposes of tracking overall site visitor volume and page views. AWA may choose to use this information for the following general purposes:
